So I actually found a picture of me this time last year, not quite the same shorts but same dress size. As I said, I little on the tight side! Cough, cough, camel toe 🙈 but look at what a year can do if you focus! Looking better but most importantly feeling better!! 🙌 #training #weightlifting #bodybuilding #lovinglife

When you pull out the shorts that only just fit last summer and since taking on the challenge of competing in a body building show, life has changed dramatically and now look at those shorts! 🙃👌also I don’t weigh that much less and currently eat 1000 more calories a day than I was back then! Training and keeping on track with nutrition, whilst working in a leadership role, responsible for 250 employees, not to mention the customers. Can be exhausting! So tonight I took a rest day from the gym to come and sit in the sun at my local park for the last hours of daylight. Making sure I got my steps in, but also getting some essential exposure to vitamin D 🤩 and relaxing around nature helps me unwind. Back to the gym tomorrow morning with an extra spring in my step for allowing myself this essential rest time ❤️⭐️ listen to your body and mind always and you can’t go far wrong 👌#rest #recovery #mentalhealth #trustyourself #fitness #bodybuilding #strongfemale #bosslady

Training and keeping on track with nutrition, whilst working in a leadership role, responsible for 250 employees, not to mention the customers. Can be exhausting! So tonight I took a rest day from the gym to come and sit in the sun at my local park for the last hours of daylight. Making sure I got my steps in, but also getting some essential exposure to vitamin D 🤩 and relaxing around nature helps me unwind. Tried some alcohol free fizz this weekend 🤩 it’s basically appletiser but with a lot less sugar 😝😍 232 days since I last drank any alcohol, I only keep track for my own knowledge, I was not an alcoholic but I certainly drank to heavily at times In my life! Could never have imagined then, being where I am today and being so happy with it! Proud of myself for being strong enough to go against the grain and do what’s right for me 🤩⭐️🙌 #alcoholfree #goals #happiness #wellbeing

Weekend away does not have to mean weekend “off” got to try and keep as close to meal plan as possible, even when I’m relaxing. It’s all part of the journey of changing my mindset on eating and keeping my body well nourished ❤️
